Jennifer Bland is your local Area Home Care Manager in Essential Care San Clemente and she has a great love for seniors.  Not only that but she is a very experience and dynamic, caring, thoughtful, compassionate manager that truly knows the need for excellent care with seniors.  Jennifer work experience centers around Marketing and Sales in successful businesses in the San Diego Area. She comes as a person who knows how to be on track and focus to meet the needs of this new venture in Home Care. We believe she will be a strong asset to many who work with her. The reason she is in healthcare is because she enjoys serving people- and watching them succeed. Working in senior care gives her the opportunity to see miracles, and sometimes even play a little part in them. Essential Care lets me work directly with seniors and their families.  I am able to offer help to families in need, to ease the burden of their loved one’s care and provide them with solutions when they feel all alone.  We carefully match our caregivers to meet our clients needs and personality.  And we provide an environment of dignity and respect for our seniors, allowing them to stay in their own memory-filled home.
