Experience

We only hire caregivers with a minimum of two years of experience. Only about 10% of applicants are hired; applicants are carefully screened through checking referrals, national criminal backgrounds, driving records and legal right-to-work documentation, as well as EssentialCare’s proprietary “Caregiver Service Quality Test” to verify honesty, kindness and interpersonal conscientiousness.

Skill

We invest in our caregivers; they are provided initial training and continuous education into latest senior care insights on a quarterly basis. Our exclusive EssentialCare training program is based on extensive research and real-world observation into activities that can help people age better, maximizing health and quality of life.
