We only hire caregivers with a minimum of two years of experience. Only about 10% of applicants are hired; applicants are carefully screened through checking referrals, national criminal backgrounds, driving records and legal right-to-work documentation, as well as EssentialCare’s proprietary “Caregiver Service Quality Test” to verify honesty, kindness and interpersonal conscientiousness.  We invest in our caregivers; they are provided initial training and continuous education into latest senior care insights on a quarterly basis. We structure a schedule based upon your needs from as little as 2 hours a day up to 24 hours.  Our EssentialCare support staff will be alert and attentive as we split the shifts when this amount of care is needed.  If you are able to sleep through the night, we may provide you with a live-in caregiver for nearly half of the cost!
