What is the difference between live-in-care, 24/7 care and hourly care?
The caregivers you introduce to your senior(s) and the organization that supports them will be the primary reason for a fantastic experience or a less than desirable one. We provide the highest quality caregivers in the Western States. Don’t take our word for it; we routinely subject our services to comprehensive surveying of clients and referral partners. They report over 99% satisfaction with the care we provide. We credit the skill of our caregivers, the rigor of our selection process, and the service oriented culture of our organization for achieving such high results.
We only hire caregivers with a minimum of two years of experience. Only about 10% of applicants are hired; applicants are carefully screened through checking referrals, national criminal backgrounds, driving records and legal right-to-work documentation, as well as EssentialCare’s proprietary “Caregiver Service Quality Test” to verify honesty, kindness and interpersonal conscientiousness. We invest in our caregivers; they are provided initial training and continuous education into latest senior care insights on a quarterly basis. Our exclusive EssentialCare training program is based on extensive research and real-world observation into activities that can help people age better, maximizing health and quality of life.
More than just licensed, bonded and insured (though EssentialCare is all three), we invest heavily in creating connections with the seniors within our care and the families who love them. With 24/7 live support and other innovative services aimed to enhance your confidence and peace of mind, we are easily accessible and interested in
providing you the fantastic experience your senior deserves.
We structure a schedule based upon your needs from as little as 2 hours a day up to 24 hours. Our EssentialCare support staff will be alert and attentive as we split the shifts when this amount of care is needed. If you are able to sleep through the night, we may provide you with a live-in caregiver for nearly half of the cost!
